  • When can I access my unit?

    You can access your unit anytime - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

  • What size are the storage units?

    Store It Brookvale has a wide variety of spaces differing in size. What makes Store It Brookvale different is the generous heights of each storage unit. All our storage units are under cover and have drive-up access. Visit our Floorplans page to learn more.

  • How much does a storage unit cost?

    Storage unit prices vary depending on the size and location. Visit our Floorplans page to see the current listed prices of each storage unit.

  • Are there any extra charges?

    No. There are no extra charges or hidden costs. No deposit is required, there are no cleaning fees and no administration fees. Further, you only pay for the storage period you have used. If you move out early, we will refund all unused storage fees on a pro-rata basis.

  • Is there a regular payment cycle?

    Yes, rent is paid monthly in advance. We do offer discounts on leases for six (6) months or more. Call our customer service on 02 8060 2167 for more information.

  • Is there a minimum rental period?

    At Store It Brookvale, the minimum rental period is one (1) month.

     

  • How long is the rental agreement?

    At Store It Brookvale, we are flexible. Following the initial rental period above, you can move in or out any time you like. We do offer discounts on leases for six (6) months or more. Call our customer service on 02 8060 2167 for more information.

  • Do I need insurance cover?

    Insurance is strongly recommended. Whilst Store It Brookvale has taken reasonable care to make sure our Facility provides the security systems and security procedures to safe guard your space, we cannot guard against all risks and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. For this reason we strongly recommend you self-insure the contents of your unit.

  • Who can access my unit?

    With self-storage, you solely control the access. Each unit is padlocked and you keep the key(s). Only you or anyone you have authorised, will have access to your storage unit.

  •  What security is provided?

    Store It Brookvale has CCTV surveillance throughout the facility, including recording system and internal & external HD cameras. Each unit is also locked with your own padlock and you will be the only one who has access to the unit, as only you hold the key. Upon move-in, you will receive a unique access code which gives you secure access to the facility.

  • Are there any items that I can't store?

    You must not store hazardous, dangerous, illegal, stolen, perishable, toxic, environmentally harmful or explosive goods. Please contact Store It Brookvale if you have any queries or concerns about any specific items.
